Who We Are
Min Bror Inc. is a company qualified through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) to provide services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. We provide services in Allegheny County and Westmoreland County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for individuals enrolled in the “waiver” program.
Waiver Programs
The federal government “waives” Medical Assistance/Medicaid rules for institutional care so that Pennsylvania can use the same funds to provide supports and services for people closer to home in their own communities. Individuals must be enrolled in one of the following waiver programs through ODP in order to receive supports and services from providers like Min Bror, Inc.

Individual Support Plans
For an individual enrolled in the Waiver program, an Individual Support Plan (ISP) is developed to support the individual. The ISP includes, among other things, an assessment of health and safety issues and individual preferences, priorities, and needs. The ISP is developed with a “person-centered” approach and is updated on a yearly basis or as life changes occur.
